§ 150.31. BUILDING PERMITS.

(A) No person, business or corporation may begin construction on any commercial or industrial building or structure without first obtaining a commercial/industrial building permit for same from the County Building Inspector's Office.

(B) No person, business or corporation may begin construction on any residential building or structure, including in-ground swimming pools, without first obtaining a building permit for same from the County Building Inspector's Office.
